We had an incredible stay here, with exceptional service from the staff. The hotel facilities were outstanding, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The location in an old Olive farm was unique and beautiful, providing a tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

During our stay at the stunning hotel in Marrakech, we were amazed by the peacefulness of the surroundings. The hotel is situated in a beautiful olive tree garden, creating a serene and breathtaking atmosphere. We had the opportunity to explore the grounds on bikes provided by the hotel, which added another level of enjoyment to our stay. The craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the property were truly remarkable, making it one of the most beautiful hotels we've ever experienced. The service provided by the friendly and attentive staff exceeded our expectations, and we were particularly impressed by the Moroccan traditional bath offered at the spa. The price of the spa services was also reasonable compared to other 5-star hotels in the area. We were delighted by the way the hotel management handled a small accident we had and their understanding and compassion made us feel truly valued as guests. The flexibility in our check-out time allowed us to fully enjoy the facilities without feeling rushed. our experience at the hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco, and we will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The minibar in the room was not well-stocked and was not automatically restocked. It would have been convenient to have a wider selection readily available without having to wait for room service.

The food options at the two dinner restaurants could be improved, with a limited selection of cuisine and sometimes mediocre dishes. Although the pool is beautiful, it could be warmer for a more comfortable swim.

This hotel offers a truly luxurious experience with exclusive amenities like a private pool and spa facilities. the service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated with high-end furnishings.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the Wi-Fi connection, which was sometimes slow and spotty. this did not detract from my overall experience at the hotel.
